KAIZER CHIEFS ON BUILDING AN ANCHORED TEAM AHEAD OF NEW SEASON

Kaizer Chiefs, the South African most decorated club with over 93 trophies over the past 51-years in history. The Soweto giants are on the intent of starting new season on high note. Chiefs is now serving 6 years without winning any cup/trophy.

Glamour boys have just disclose their new coach after parting ways with Stuart Baxter whos contract was terminated after he failed to deliver. Arthur Zwane is the one who was given an responsibility of managing chiefs after Baxter till the end of the season.

6 days ago Kaizer Chiefs officially appointed Arthur Jabulani Zwane as the senior team's head coach on three-year deal. The Chiefs decisionmakers were no doubt swayed by Zwane's long association with the club that has seen him spending past 22 years of his time.

The plans for the club had not been great to every one, some of players are badly affected by the club changes. The number of players have been shown their way out of Naturena an some of them their contracts will not be renewed. 

The following players have been slurp by the club while other their contract will not be extended.

                                           Samir Nurkovic

Kaizer Chiefs will not extend  Samir contract when it expires on 30 June 2022, ending a three-year relationship. The popular Serbian forward begin his journey with Chiefs ablaze, netting 14 goals in his first season.
                                           
                                                Daniel Akpey
Goal keeper Daniel Akpey his contract set to expire on 30 June 2022 will not be extended .The Nigerian international who was sign from Chippa United in 2018/19 and featured 69 times in 3.5 years for Amakhosi.
                                                    Lebogang Manyama

Lebogang Manyama his contact will end on June and he is free to join any club of his choice as Chiefs will not extend it with him. The attacking midfielder join Amakhosi in August 2018 from Turkish side Konyaspor and played the maximum of 95 matches, scoring on 15 times.

There are other plays with contract expiring on June. Amakhosi striker Lazalous Kambole, was sign by Chiefs in 2019 from Zambian side, Zesco United he has just scored on two occasions in his 46 appearances in his Chiefs career.

Kaizer Chiefs had just parted ways with their defender Daniel Cardoso with his contract perishing at month end.  The 33-year-old  in his seven years with Amakhosi and netted only 12 goals.

Kearyn Baccus and Leonardo Castro they contract will expire on June respectively, the club shown no intention to renew their contracts.
